About Kylie
I Believe Taking Care of Your Body Should Support Your Life, Not Take It Over.
For more than 13 years, my work has centered around helping people feel better in their bodies.
My background began in the wellness field through yoga, mobility, bodywork, and nervous system support. I spent years working closely with people experiencing stress, tension, pain, and disconnection from their bodies, and that experience shaped the way I understand health today: our bodies don't exist separately from the lives we're living.
But this work became much more personal when my own body began changing in my 40s, especially after a car accident.
Despite years of experience in health and wellness, I found myself gaining weight, losing strength, feeling less comfortable in my body, and realizing that what had worked for me in the past wasn't working anymore.
I didn't want another restrictive diet. I didn't want to punish myself with endless exercise. And I didn't want an approach I couldn't realistically maintain long term.
I wanted to understand what my body needed now and how to give it that.
So I sought support and changed the way I approached nutrition, strength training, and my everyday habits.
Within six months, I had lost 25 pounds. Within nine months, I had lost 30—all while building strength, becoming more fit at 48 than I had been in my 30s, and feeling confident in my body again.
But the weight loss wasn't the only thing that mattered. I had found a way of taking care of myself that actually fit my life.
More importantly, I learned that sustainable change wasn't about trying harder. It was about having the right strategy, support, and habits for the body and life I have now.
That experience changed the direction of my work and lit a fire under me.
I knew this was what I wanted to help other people experience in their own health and fitness journeys.
Today, as a Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer, and Certified Metabolic Balance® Coach, I help women over 40 navigate many of these same changes. My approach brings together evidence-based personalized nutrition, strength training, habit and lifestyle change, accountability, and the whole-person perspective I've developed through more than a decade in the wellness field.
I understand that the science matters.
But so do your stress levels, sleep, responsibilities, relationship with food and exercise, history, preferences, and the reality of your everyday life.
That's why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all nutrition or workout plans.
We look at your goals, your health, and the reality of your life, then determine what will make the greatest difference without making taking care of yourself another full-time job.
For many people, the challenge isn't simply knowing what to do. It's having the time, structure, accountability, and support to actually do it consistently.
My role is to help you cut through the noise, focus on what matters most, and build nutrition, strength, and healthy habits into the life you're already living.
Because the goal isn't simply to lose weight.
It's to build a healthier, stronger way of living that you don't have to keep starting over.
