TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, purchasing any coaching programs, or using the services provided by Kylie Ransom Wellness (a trade name of K R Ventures LLC, "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Coaching Services & Client Responsibility
We provide online fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching. Our programs require active client participation. While we provide tools, guidelines, and strategies, your individual results depend entirely on your personal implementation, effort, and individual health factors.

3. Payment & Billing Cycles

  • Authorization: By purchasing a coaching package(s) or subscription, you authorize K R Ventures LLC to securely charge your credit card or payment method via our third-party processors.

  • Recurring Billing: If you enroll in a monthly or recurring coaching program, your payment method will be automatically charged on the same calendar day each month until you officially cancel your service.

4. Late Payments & Payment Failures

  • Grace Period: If an automated payment fails, our system will retry the charge. We grant a grace period of 3 business days to update your billing details.

  • Suspension: If a payment remains unpaid past the grace period, your access to the coaching platform, custom plans, messaging portals, and scheduled calls will be immediately suspended until your balance is paid in full.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Notice Requirement: To cancel a recurring coaching subscription and stop future automatic billings, you must submit a written cancellation request via email at least 7 days prior to your next scheduled billing date.

  • No Retrospective Cancellations: Cancellations cannot be processed retroactively for billing cycles that have already begun.

6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our proprietary coaching materials, custom meal/workout builds, and the immediate allocation of coaching time, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated returns for any completed or active billing cycles.

7. Intellectual Property
All custom training plans, nutrition guides, videos, PDFs, and educational resources provided during your coaching are the exclusive intellectual property of K R Ventures LLC. They are provided solely for your individual, personal use. You may not sell, share, distribute, or copy these materials without our explicit written permission.

8. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate coaching services immediately, without a refund, if a client violates these terms, exhibits abusive or disrespectful behavior toward the coach, or fails to make timely payments.
